Order & shipping
Shipping includes track and trace and email notification. Meaning that you always know where your order stands plus you can make sure someone (if not you) is there when it is delivered at the address you specified. Our products are shipped in boxes that are designed in such a way that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Bikes are assembled and ready to use when shipped. Within the EU, any missing articles will of course be delivered to you subsequently and free of charge. All our packages are fully insured during transport.
Shipping costs for bikes within the BENELUX: €30, outside BENELUX €80
Shipping costs for accessories (bought without bike): €15
